Can't fool me, gotcha insurance companies!
Last friday (yeah, I know I'm late, but that's me) I managed to get the insurance company to actually admit that they send the "do you have other coverage" notices (along with the denied claims) on any submission that exceeds a certain dollar amount. I couldn't get them to tell me the dollar amount, but by my records it looks like about $250. does it.
And, in other news, thanks to Mint I was able to show Ken that we do need a medical spending account next year - we have spent over $2200 in prescription co-pays this year alone! That's since April (when Mint started). And that's not including the glasses $$ or the doctor visits, or the lab work, or ..... And to think we supposedly have "Really Good" insurance coverage. gah.
